1. Cry. If you want to cry, then cry. Do you know why women live longer than men? Because they are not afraid to cry. Crying is healing. So cry out your sadness and when it’s over, get up and watch ‘Friends’.
2. Never cheat on your boyfriend. You’ll regret it later and it will kill you inside. If he treats you like shit, break up with him and then let your tongue walk into somebody’s new mouth.
3. Your heart knows much more than you think. So trust it. If you feel that this relationship ain’t gonna work, then leave. If you have a bad feeling about something, then leave. If you don’t trust them, then leave.
4. Showering can make you feel better. Are you sad? Overwhelmed? Tired? Take a shower. Also put on some music and you’ll get goosebumps just because this feels so goooooood.
5. When I am sad or hurt, I always rely on music. It can do magical things. I put on some music, make it loud. So loud I can’t even hear my own voice singing. It helps me forget things and move on.
6. Fooling around is good for you. Doesn’t matter alone or with somebody, at home or somewhere out there, just have fun and forget who you are for a moment and be wild and crazy and loud and happy.
7. Being alone is not the worst thing in life, being alone can be the best thing if you can handle it. Going out with yourself can be the most interesting thing you ever did. Trust me, you’re the best person for yourself and the best conversations you will have are those you have with yourself. So buy a ticket and go watch that movie or go to that concert and treat yourself as you wish he did.
8. You broke-up? I know you miss him like hell, but time passes by and so will your feelings, find new music and movies, watch them, cry, laugh, then cry again. It will get better, because you’re not the only one going through this and those people know that I am so damn right. It does really get better. Be patient.
9. Can’t sleep at night? Do some sudoku or write something down, like your wishes, a bucket list or maybe what you like about earth. Write about the sunset’s color and about that boy in the bus who looked at you and smiled and you were too shy to smile back or about how kind that old man was to his wife. Small things are not actually small.
10. Be kind. Don’t bring people down. Be kind to them, they are also dealing with a lot of stuff. Be kind, but don’t let them use you. Know your limit and know their limit.
